Liz and I drove out to Fort Collins, CO, to see our new grandson, Ephram Drew Heath.

Ephram rests from playing with his cousins.

Ephram is dressed and ready to go to church.

My two-year-old granddaughter, Amelie, went for a walk with me through the woods at Sibley State Park.  We stopped at the Interpretive Center.  While outside the Center, Amelie was curious and investigated some of the things there.

Amelie noticed the two bicycles that were parked there.

The bikes looked to her to be about her size.

Then there were some wild flowers that looked interesting.

While examining the flowers she noticed a tiny little worm.

She watched the tiny worm hang by its own silken thread.

Amelie gets a closer look at the worm (which I didn't see at first).

After Four More Hours of Snow

It's been snowing all day!  At 6:00 p.m. here's what we have:

The Land of Perpetual Winter

Here it is April 18 and we still are having winter.  At least the temperature has risen to the lower thirties.

The snow is just starting up again.

From my driveway looking across the street.

Our front yard.

Hurray for Winter!

I have been designing and programming my own website mainly for my photography, located at  But I'd better stop ignoring this site.  So here are some photos taken of my youngest granddaughter.

Seda can walk by holding ones hands.  She is six months old.

Christmas 2012 is in the past and we decided to take down the decorations.  I had strained my lower back when I went to pick up my granddaughter by reaching out for her and twisting to the right at the same time, so I was not able to help much in the take down.  I was able to take pictures, though.  However, Ben and Janelle were still here so they pitch right in.

Janelle gives Amelie a hug while removing decorations.

Janelle tosses an item to Ben who catches it in a plastic bag.

All are hard at removing decorations.
