A Trip to Niagara Falls

Liz and I are going to be traveling to Vermont for some Autumn Colors. While preparing for the trip, I realized that I had not posted the photos from our last northeastern trip. Not long ago we traveled east and visited Niagara Falls. Furthermore I've been busy posting to my Flicker Album, my Facebook Album, and my 1724 Photography Album but have ignored this photo blog. Therefore, here are a few of my Niagara Falls photographs.


Here is a view of the river just before it gets to the falls, which is just ahead in this picture.


Just past the falls, looking down from high up the bank, is a loading dock for passengers for a tour of Niagara Falls.

We see in this photo a boat just beginning the tour while another is just returning from the tour.


Here is a view from the tour boat of the American side of Niagara Falls, with a small section of the falls on the right called the Bridal Falls. Notice all the rocks in the foreground. They are from a part of the American Niagara Falls that collapsed some years ago.
